This website contains most of the necessary information. You can click thru the site and find some English translations of the content.

This website contains information about both the Alicante Golf resort and the Hesperia Hotel. While there isn't much information about the course, the website does provide contact information.

A very complete site covering green fees, golf hotels, car hire and information about Spanish golf, they have a complete listing of golf courses in the Costa Blanca that is worth checking out. Definitely a golf fans' site!
Bonalba Golf Course ★
This website provides a little bit of information about the course and the ability to get in touch with them to make a reservation, however it lacks even a course layout diagram. While it appears to be the official site for the course, the Alicante Golf site provides a little more information about the course.
