Golfing the Costa Blanca
It Could Just Have it All
Wake up in the morning to warm sunshine and hit the beach, have an afternoon nap and an evening tee time, or do it the other way around - either way the Costa Blanca lifestyle has a lot to offer and with over ten golf courses in the Costa Blanca area, golfing is on the list.
One can enjoy a variety of golf courses in the Costa Blanca, such as Alicante Golf, designed by Seve Ballesteros, or Villamartin Golf, which hosted the Spanish Open.
Creating Your Costa Blanca Golf Vacation
While a lot of Europeans come down for a weekend getaway to the Costa Blanca and golf a couple of rounds and let the sun do it's thing, you can also work a round or two of golf into an extended Costa Blanca holiday.
There are a couple of ways to do this. First, it's worth checking out the course listings on the Communidad Valenciana's official website, which provides up to date detailed information about the courses.
Book Your Fees
From that point, you can contact the courses themselves and set up a tee time before you go, or take your chances and set one up when you arrive in the Costa Blanca.
Another option is to use a service such as Golf In Spain, who can book tee times at Costa Blanca golf courses for you at a discount. Simply go to their website, go to Booking and Services > Green Fees and then search by region choosing Levante to see the courses that they deal with in the Costa Blanca. This may also be a good option for people who live and golf in the Costa Blanca region, as they often have discounts on green fees for courses in the Alicante area.
Get A Package
There are also golf services available in Spain such as those offered by Golf In Spain, who can take care of the hard work for you buy putting together everything you need. Simply go to their website, choose Booking and Services > Golf Packages, choose Levante as the region and click search. This should give you a list of golf holidays on the Costa Blanca.
